1. What This Platform Is

4Ever Letters is a personal communication platform that allows you to write, schedule, and deliver heartfelt messages to the people you love — now, on a future date, or after a life milestone. It is a private message delivery service, not a legal, medical, or emergency service of any kind.

2. No Guarantee of Future Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver your messages as scheduled, we cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control, including:

• Email provider failures or spam filtering
• Incorrect or outdated recipient information
• Internet outages or network disruptions
• Platform interruptions or service termination
• Changes in recipient email addresses or contact details

We strongly encourage you to keep recipient information current and to periodically review your scheduled messages.

3. Not a Legal Will or Estate Document

Important: Letters From Heaven is NOT a legal will, trust, testament, or estate planning document.

Messages stored here carry no legal standing and cannot be used to direct the distribution of assets or make binding decisions. Please consult a licensed attorney for all estate planning matters.

4. Scheduled Delivery Limitations

Delivery dates and trigger conditions are estimates. Delays may occur due to technical processing times, third-party service failures, or unforeseen outages. We do not guarantee exact delivery timing and will not be liable for messages delivered late or out of sequence.

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and currency of recipient contact information
• Reviewing your messages periodically to ensure they still reflect your wishes
• The security of your account credentials and session PIN
• Ensuring that the content of your messages is appropriate and lawful
• Notifying us if your account is compromised

6. No Emergency Response Guarantee

4Ever Letters is not an emergency response service. The platform's wellness check and death-trigger systems are designed to facilitate message delivery — they are not medical, legal, or emergency alert systems. Do not rely on this platform in emergency situations.

7. Platform Interruptions & Service Changes

We may experience outages, maintenance periods, or service changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime and to restore service promptly. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4Ever Letters's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including undelivered messages or emotional distress.

9. Emergency Contact Consent

By designating trusted contacts, you confirm that you have their consent to be contacted by 4Ever Letters for wellness check or message delivery verification purposes. Contacts may be reached periodically by email or phone as part of our delivery verification process.

10. Account & Data

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all stored letters, videos, photos, and associated data are permanently removed and will never be delivered. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon account deletion.

11. Billing

All paid plans are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled. A grace period applies for failed payments before content is affected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us within 14 days of a charge if you have concerns.

12. Acceptance

By using 4Ever Letters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Users who accepted a prior version of these terms may be asked to re-accept when material changes are made.
